Read before you play. By registering an account or placing any wager on 78kbd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms on this page. If you disagree with any part, do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 78kbd ("the Platform"). They govern all use of 78kbd, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and gameplay. Using any part of 78kbd means you accept these terms in full.

78kbd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Eligibility

To open and use a 78kbd account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
  • You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by 78kbd or a recognised gaming authority.
  • You are acting as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
  • You have not previously had a 78kbd account closed for terms violations.

If we discover that an ineligible player has opened an account, 78kbd may close the account, cancel pending bets, and retain any balance that resulted from fraudulent or ineligible activity.

3. Account Rules & Security

One account per player

Each person may hold only one active 78kbd account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, or the same payment method — is a violation of these terms. All duplicate accounts and associated balances may be closed without notice.

Accurate information

You must provide truthful, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. Submitting false information can result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 78kbd support immediately via Live Chat or at [email protected]. 78kbd cannot be held liable for losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from your own failure to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits & Transactions

78kbd accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. 78kbd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit flagged as originating from a third party may be reversed and the account suspended pending review.

5. Withdrawals & Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. Processing times and limits are as follows:

Withdrawals requested before KYC is complete will be held until verification is passed. 78kbd reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal if there are grounds for security review.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

78kbd runs several ongoing promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion page states otherwise.

Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first qualifying deposit receive a 120% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳23,500. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳350. The bonus and any winnings from it must be wagered 21 times before a withdrawal can be requested. The wagering requirement must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited, after which any remaining bonus balance will expire.

Reload & Cashback

A 10% reload bonus is available on selected subsequent deposits. A daily cashback of 0.8% on net losses is credited automatically. Cashback is not subject to wagering requirements but must be used within 48 hours of credit.

Referral Bonus

Players who refer a new, verified player receive ৳150 once the referred player makes their first qualifying deposit. Referral bonuses cannot be referred to themselves or to players sharing the same device or network.

General Bonus Rules

  • Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment account.
  • 78kbd reserves the right to cancel any bonus it believes has been claimed in bad faith or by exploiting a technical error.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Placing opposing bets on the same event to clear wagering requirements (bonus abuse) is prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on 78kbd are provided by licensed third-party studios including Ezugi, CQ9, JDB, KA Gaming, Playtech, Habanero, and Red Tiger. Each game operates under its own published rules and RTP figures. 78kbd does not modify game outcomes.

The following behaviours are prohibited and may result in account closure:

  • Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
  • Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Collusion with other players in multiplayer games.
  • Any activity that 78kbd, in its reasonable judgement, believes constitutes cheating.

Bets placed during a verified technical malfunction may be voided. 78kbd will notify affected players and restore their stake where technically possible.

8. Identity Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, 78kbd must verify your identity. This is a standard requirement and protects both the player and the platform.

Accepted documents: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. Documents must be valid, clearly legible, and show your full legal name and date of birth matching your account details.

KYC review is typically completed within 6 hours of document submission. During busy periods it may take slightly longer. 78kbd may request a selfie, proof of payment method, or proof of address if the initial documents are insufficient.

9. Responsible Gaming

78kbd is committed to safe play. Players aged 18 and above only. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you have the right to:

  • Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
  • Request a cooling-off period (temporary suspension).
  • Request permanent self-exclusion from 78kbd.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on 78kbd — including the logo, design, graphics, text, and software — is the property of 78kbd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission. 11. Liability & Disputes

78kbd provides its services "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, network outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

If you believe a bet outcome or transaction was handled incorrectly, contact support within 7 days of the event. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. 78kbd's decision on all disputes, reached after reviewing available records, is final.

In no event shall 78kbd's total liability to any player exceed the amount that player deposited in the 30 days preceding the disputed event.

12. Changes to These Terms

78kbd may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, send an email notice to registered players. If you do not agree with updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
